Proactive Stakeholder Engagement by Addressing Needs and Impacts

To achieve a holistic approach in addressing sustainability-related risks and impacts, we proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders across our operations and business divisions.
All our engagements with our stakeholders are aimed at understanding and addressing their diverse needs, gaps, and concerns, while effectively managing expectations among all key parties.

The valued feedback from our stakeholders, combined with insights into global trends and concerns, enables us to remain a resilient and competitive global player as we endeavour to manage our significant material matters. This year, we continue to initiate various activities to actively solicit, analyse, and respond to stakeholder feedback, ensuring that our actions are relevant, effective, and contribute to mutually beneficial outcomes. The insights gained are communicated transparently to illustrate our accountability in fulfilling these purpose-driven initiatives. More information on our stakeholder engagements is available on our website.
