Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver revenue, volume, and profitability targets
  • Lead and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal conversion
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure healthy margins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customers
  • Drive commercial strategy, market expansion, and brand positioning
  • Lead export market development and manage distributors/partners
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution
  • Align sales activities with production planning and capacity utilisation
  • Monitor credit control, collections, and customer risk
  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to achieve KPIs
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to support lead generation and growth
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in pipeline management, pricing, and deal closing
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
