Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue, volume, and profitability targets
- Lead and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal conversion
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure healthy margins
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customers
- Drive commercial strategy, market expansion, and brand positioning
- Lead export market development and manage distributors/partners
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution
- Align sales activities with production planning and capacity utilisation
- Monitor credit control, collections, and customer risk
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to achieve KPIs
- Oversee marketing initiatives to support lead generation and growth
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in pipeline management, pricing, and deal closing
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
