Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Wood Technologies, Product Design, Applied Science or a related field
Responsibilities
- Assist in the research programs incorporating current development to improve existing products
- Coordinate with sales, production, and quality teams to develop new products.
- To facilitate the development of product specifications and prototypes
- Conduct product testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Document product development processes and maintain accurate records of product specifications and changes
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments based on analytics and user feedback
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in AutoCAD
