Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate sales revenue in accordance with the monthly and annual sales target of the company.
  • Utilize all sales channels from conventional to digital tools to acquire sales opportunities.
  • Setup CRM tools for tracking salesforce.
  • Planning, implementing and executing any other business projects and assignments, related to the company.
  • Assist in the development of branding, sales and marketing materials/documentation.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Execute an effective pricing policy and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships. 
  • Provide customer service support to all customers including attending to all queries from customers.
  • Coordinating with the Production, warehouse, logistics, service providers and transportation to track on time shipment and arrival to customer warehouses.
  • Take ownership on the Finished Goods inventory.
  • Ensure that we eliminate/minimize any dead stock or slow-moving goods in the warehouse.
  • To perform and carry out all other assignments or duties related to the Business Development and Sales & Marketing function assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities in parallel.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
