Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate sales revenue in accordance with the monthly and annual sales target of the company.
- Utilize all sales channels from conventional to digital tools to acquire sales opportunities.
- Setup CRM tools for tracking salesforce.
- Planning, implementing and executing any other business projects and assignments, related to the company.
- Assist in the development of branding, sales and marketing materials/documentation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Execute an effective pricing policy and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide customer service support to all customers including attending to all queries from customers.
- Coordinating with the Production, warehouse, logistics, service providers and transportation to track on time shipment and arrival to customer warehouses.
- Take ownership on the Finished Goods inventory.
- Ensure that we eliminate/minimize any dead stock or slow-moving goods in the warehouse.
- To perform and carry out all other assignments or duties related to the Business Development and Sales & Marketing function assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities in parallel.
- Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
