Gardener

•    Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping of all office areas.
•    Responsible for removing trash from the pantry and workstations.
•    Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of toilets daily
•    Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
•    Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
•    Preparing and serving drinks, especially tea and coffee, and light snacks to visitors as needed
•    Required to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen when there is no canteen operator. 
•    Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
•    Any other task assigned by Superior and/or the Company.

•    Able to handle cleaning chemicals safely
•    Able to accept ad-hoc job in all times. 
•    Able to communicate to all level staffs 
•    Able follow health and safety standards
•    Hardworking and pay attention to details
•    Proactive an able to work independently with a minimal supervision
