Qualification

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing or equivalent

Implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential customers.
Preparing sales presentations, proposals and other marketing materials to engage with clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Coordinating with the Production, warehouse, logistics, service providers and local transportation to track on time shipment and arrival to customer warehouses.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Fluent in Mandarin or local dialect (Cantonese, Hokkien, etc.) is required for better engagement with clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively pitch products and services.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and explore new business opportunities.
