Responsibilities
- To ensure the insurable risks are adequately covered.
- Monitor and keep track on the movement of company assets (including motor vehicles).
- Assisting on insurance annual tender or remarketing process.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and policy related status.
- Generate reports on policy status and claims activity as needed.
- Work closely with brokers/ insurers to facilitate efficient operation.
- Monitor all the insurance premiums payments on monthly basis.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
