Executive, Human Resource and Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll preparation, staff claims, overtime, training coordination, employee complaints, and maintenance of employee records.
Monitor staff attendance, leave records, insurance claims, and prepare periodic HR reports for Management review.
Coordinate HRD training programmes, manage HRD levy claims in accordance with Malaysian statutory requirements.
Handle stamp duty applications for service agreements and related documents.
Maintain accurate cashbook records, cash requisitions, petty cash disbursements, and general office administrative controls.
Liaise with Head Office, event organizers, MPOB, and external parties on licences, tenancy agreement and other administrative matters.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management or the Company.
Job Requirements
Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource role.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with multilingual staff.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
