Responsibilities
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and monitor vendor documentation, contracts and statutory compliance.

  • Coordinate internal audits for procurement and administrative functions.

  • Monitor contract validity, licenses and vendor compliance status.

  • Prepare compliance and procurement reports for Management review.

  • Willing to travel for supplier audits.

  • To perform any other job responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Head of Department.

Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration.

  • Good documentation, record keeping and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

  • Possess good communication and coordination skills.

  • The successful candidate will be based at IOI City Tower 2, Putrajaya.
