Responsibilities
  • Assist to compile estate statistical data and analysis report from SAP system.
  • Review and verify key Estate statistics and monthly reports.
  • Assist in preparing and checking any documents as and when required by Plantation Director.
  • Responsible to compile Estate’s Budget return submissions from Regional Office and/or Estates and assist in preparation of Budget Reports for Plantation Director.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as required by the Plantation Director and company.
  • Any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior/ company.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in administrative roles or estate operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge in agriculture or estate management is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
