Responsibilities
- Assist to compile estate statistical data and analysis report from SAP system.
- Review and verify key Estate statistics and monthly reports.
- Assist in preparing and checking any documents as and when required by Plantation Director.
- Responsible to compile Estate’s Budget return submissions from Regional Office and/or Estates and assist in preparation of Budget Reports for Plantation Director.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required by the Plantation Director and company.
- Any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior/ company.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Management/Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in administrative roles or estate operations is preferred.
- Knowledge in agriculture or estate management is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
