- Served in various senior leadership roles within IOI Group from 1983 to 2008, including Group Executive Director overseeing the downstream businesses and Group Chief Financial Officer
- Held various roles within IOI Group, including Group Financial Controller cum Company Secretary
- Led the expansion of RGE'S Agri business into midstream and downstream operations, including palm oil refining, oleochemicals, specialty fats and biodiesel
- Extensive experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, funding, investor relations, corporate governance and strategic business development
- Commenced career with Deloitte Malaysia through an articleship and qualified as a CPA
- Former Member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB) and Board Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)
