Responsibilities
- Provide agronomic advisory for the group's sister estates.
- Formulate annual fertilizer recommendation to the estates.
- Monitor and coordinate agronomy staff for agronomy related data collection.
- Provide technical support for agronomy trail implementation.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Plant Physiology, Biology, Agriculture or equivalent.
- Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in agronomy such as plant pest and disease, plant physiology, plant nutrition looked upon favorably.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
