Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of local delivery and/or export document for presentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and system entries into system.
  • Process supplier/service provider invoices and arrange payment.
  • Execute task given by superior as and when required.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or equivalent.  
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Palm Oil Shipping & Operations will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
