Responsibilities
  • Responsible in maintaining records of IOI Hotline, IOI Mesra & Employee Engagement.
  • To organize and store complaint files securely.
  • Responsible to track complaint resolution outcomes and feedbacks.
  • Responsible for analyzing complaint data by working appropriate personnel to find solutions and involve in report writing process.
  • Involve in investigation process and report writing as well as report on trends and patterns related to complaints.
  • Ensuring complaints are resolved fairly and efficiently.
  • Involve in sustainability matters and foreign labour issues.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in human resource field.
  • Knowledge on labour law and foreign labour management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge to analyze and assess data with good report writing skill.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to employee engagement, service and satisfaction.
