in whole and in part under IOI CORPORATION BERHAD (IOI Corp, Co.#
9027-W). IOI Corp is a public company listed on the KLSE (now known as Bursa
Malaysia) main board under the plantation category. Under the IOI Group, there
is also our property development arm - IOI Properties Berhad (IOI
Properties, Co.# 25787-H) - and the resource based manufacturing arm - IOI
Oleochemical Industries Berhad (Co.# 29994-D) and Loders Croklaan Group
B.V. (incorporated in the Netherlands). IOI Properties and IOI Oleochemical
lndustries Berhad are also public companies listed on the KLSE main board under
the Property and Industrial Products category respectively, whilst Loders
Croklaan Group is unlisted and wholly owned.

IOI Corporation Berhad or commonly referred to as IOI, is one
of Malaysia's homegrown business conglomerates that started off from humble
beginnings in industrial gas manufacturing. Today IOI Group is a global
organization with over 150,000 ha of plantations where 98% are planted with oil
palm; 12 palm oil mills across Malaysia; 3 CPO refineries with total capacity of
1.8 million MT/yr located in Peninsular and East Malaysia, and Rotterdam in the
Netherlands; the largest oleochemical plants in Asia; and specialty fats plants
across the world in the Netherlands, the United States, Egypt, Canada, and
