2012

January : IOI Group successfully attained the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Supply Chain Certification for adhering to the regulations and requirements of the RSPO Supply Chain Certification System (RSPO SCCS) for the following operating units and facilities – IOI Corporation Bhd, IOI Edible Oils Sdn. Bhd., IOI Loders Croklaan Oils Sdn. BHd., Pan Century Edible Oils Sdn. Bhd., IOI Commodity Trading Sdn. Bhd. and IOI Pan Century Oleochemicals.

February : Baturong Palm Oil Mill received the International Standard for Carbon Certification (ISCC) for complying with the ISCC System GmbH certification system.

June : Pukin Palm Oil Mill and its supply bases received both the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certification and International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC).

2011

July : The Bukit Leelau Palm Oil Mill received the International Standard for Carbon Certification (ISCC) for complying with the ISCC System GmbH.

October : The Gomali Palm Oil Mill received the International Standard for Carbon Certification (ISCC) for complying with the ISCC System GmbH.

December : The Pamol Kluang Palm Oil Mill received the International Standard for Carbon Certification (ISCC) for complying with the ISCC System GmbH.

2010

March : Pamol Plantation Estates, Kluang and Sakilan Estates, Lahad Datu, Sabah have been awarded the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Compliance Certification for their sustainable palm oil production.

August : Gomali Palm Oil Mill and 12 of its supply chain estates have been awarded the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Compliance Certification for their sustainable palm oil production.

October : Another IOI’s operating unit, Baturong Palm Oil Mill and 4 of its supply chain estates achieved the RSPO certification for meeting the requirements of sustainable palm oil production.

November : Bukit Leelau Palm Oil Mill, Pahang and six of its supply chain estates received the RSPO certification for successfully implementing a management and production system that complied with the RSPO Principles and Criteria for Sustainable Palm Oil Production.

December : Mayvin Palm Oil Mill, Sandakan, Sabah and five of its supply chain estates have been awarded the RSPO certification for meeting the requirements of sustainable palm oil production.

The Pamol Sabah Palm Oil Mill and Sakilan Palm Oil Mill received International Standard for Carbon Certification (ISCC) for complying with the ISCC System GmbH.

2009

February : IOI obtained its first Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certification when its Pamol Estates grouping in Sabah was awarded the RSPO Compliance Certification in February 2009 after having been satisfactory audited for compliance with the principles and criteria of the RSPO.
