July : IOI Group unveiled a Sustainability video entitled
“Nurturing the Seeds of Sustainability” to showcase IOI’s sustainable palm oil
production and its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
2010
October : IOI Group launched a new IOI Corporate Identity
Manual as part of its Corporate Identity exercise to strengthen the
organisation’s brand presence. Two new logos – IOI Oleochemicals and IOI Edible
Oils - were unveiled to distinguish IOI Group’s core businesses other than palm
oil plantation and property development.
2009
April : IOI Corporation Bhd has privatised IOI Properties

2007 June : IOI
relaunched its Vision IOI, which was first introduced in 1995, to inject fresh
impetus to its employees and to update the Vision IOI statement as well as add
in new core values to suit the new business environment.
September : IOI Corporation Bhd made its first foray into
the Indonesian plantation sector by investing RM455 million in two joint
ventures for oil palm cultivation in Kalimantan with the Harita Group and its
affiliates.
2006
March : IOI Oleo, an IOI's subsidiary, has been taken
private on 15 March 2006
September : IOI made its maiden venture into Sarawak with
the acquisition of equity interest in Rinwood Pelita Plantation Sdn Bhd.
December : IOI emerged as the world's largest oleochemical
producer following its proposed acquisition of Pan Century Edible Oils and Pan
Century Oleochemical.
2005
May : Malaysia's Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah
Ahmad Badawi, unveiled the topmost point of Loders Croklaan's palm oil refinery
- the biggest in Europe -- on 20 May in Rotterdam (The Netherlands).
2003
January : Palmco, an IOI subsidiary, acquired Unipamol
Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Pamol Plantation Sdn Bhd from Unilever.
October : Palmco Holdings Bhd has been renamed "IOI
Oleochemical Industries Bhd" as of 25th Oct 2003.
