IOI has around 162,000 m² of net lettable area in its portfolio of investment properties comprising mainly of commercial / office buildings, and shopping malls in prime locations. All these properties were conceived and developed by IOI, and most are in conjunction with its overall township development plans. The portfolio’s recurring income contributes to around 10% of the segment's EBIT – besides capital gain in the long term.
