IOI's property businesses can be categorized into real estate development and property investment holding branching out to leisure and hospitality. Our property segment is principally helmed under IOI Properties Bhd and has a history tracing back more than 26 years which began with localized township development. Over the years, we have built and sold more than 25,000 residence units; developed more than 2 million sq.ft. of industrial and commercial space; expended recurring earning base from prime real estate rentals and property management fees; and expended development projects aboard.

The property segment contributes around 30% of the Group’s earnings.
