- We abstained from property development that encroach forest or green-belt
reserves, and those that involves hill-slope with gradient greater than 25
degrees or posting environmental risks (i.e. soil erosion). All of our projects
are in urban and suburb areas.
- We strictly comply with Environmental Impact Assessment requirement,
development / town planning approval, and other regulatory requirements /
guidelines on safety and environment.

- We place high emphasis on greening our development by incorporating larger
percentage of green reserve areas, and landscaping with large canopy tree
species. Where applicable, we design our development layout around natural green
settings.
- We make conscious effort to use building materials (including paint) that
are environmental friendly (i.e. asbestos free, lead free, non-ozone depleting
emission) and those made from sustainable sources/ origin.
